Madison Mathews: A Must See In Charleston

Happy Monday!

A few weeks ago, I posted an article talking about how I was starting a new outlook on Monday's and instead of having them be my least favorite day of the week, they are now one of my favorites. I think this is because Monday's mean a fresh start, a chance to make these next 5 days the best they could be! This one small change has made weeks go by faster, Sunday scares disappear and the weekends more enjoyable because I'm not thinking about the next work week, I'm living more in the moment & enjoying every one I have.

For this Monday, I wanted to share with y'all one of my absolute favorite boutiques in Charleston: Madison Mathews. This boutique is the epitome of southern style with their linen dresses, straw handbags, gingham tunics and much more; you will end up spending hours talking with the women who work there and feel like you've walked out with two new best friends.

Two of the women behind these scenes at Madison Mathews are Caroline and Ginger who have been close friends of mine for quite some time. If you are lucky enough to meet them, take the time to hear the history of their company, how they started & where they are going!

The store is located on Church Street, surrounded by some of the most beautiful historic buildings. Stroll along the sidewalks wandering up & down the streets admiring the houses with plaques giving a tell-all of their history.

Now, for one of my favorite stores that has made it's way to the top of my "to-do's" while in Charleston, here are some of my favorite pieces that I have from the store:

While this is only a few of my favorites, you will start to see more over the next few weeks because of how much they represent southern style!

Their online website is still not fully up and running, however, you can go into the store and see all of their items that will be perfect transition pieces from summer to fall! If you have any questions about a specific item above, comment below!

It's the southern way,
