Work Wear Wednesday: Episode 1
Good Morning & Happy Wednesday!
Today is the second full day we are here in Hawaii for our honeymoon and we are having so much fun! We have planned some exciting things for the next few days, and funny enough, a friend from my hometown is here on the island with his wife, so we are planning to meet up with them later on today.
While I am on my honeymoon, there are still lots of things going through my head about what to write about for you all. One thing that I have had a lot of requests for are outfits that we can wear to work. I thought a fun thing to do would be to start doing a "Work Wear Wednesday", where each Wednesday I will feature a new #WorkWearWednesday outfit that is not only cute and work appropriate, but also affordable. Realizing that money doesn't grow on trees, I want to show all of you clothing, accessories, etc that are not going to break the budget.
If you can't tell from everything I post, I am very conscious of showing you things that are not going to break that bank. So, for the first #WorkWearWednesday, I am sharing one of my all time favorite skirts and shirts.
This skirt is seriously the most comfortable skirt I have ever worn. It is a stretchy material so there is no zipper or buttons, it stretches to fit your body, which is ah-mazing. I am wearing a size XS as it does run a little big. You can shop the skirt HERE.
When you think of a typical work outfit, you typically think of a button down. However, this isn't just any button down. This button down is one of my absolute favorites. The designer of the shirts, Rochelle Behrens, came up with a "no gap technology" that keeps your shirt from getting the "gape" around the bust area. Not even kidding, Rochelle has solved almost every woman problem. You can shop "The Shirt" HERE & HERE. I am wearing a size small in this short.
If there is ever a work outfit to get, this will be one of your new favorites. With the stretch of the shirt and skirt, you are sure to look work-appropriate while staying cool and comfy during these warmer fall days.
Be sure to check back each Wednesday for the next #WorkWearWednesday post!
Enjoy!
